Terms of Service

By using MediaPostify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MediaPostify is a social media automation platform that reposts YouTube content to Instagram and Facebook on your behalf. You connect your social accounts via OAuth, submit content URLs, and the platform handles downloading, processing, and posting.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MediaPostify. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

• You are solely responsible for the content you queue and post
• You must have the rights to distribute any content you submit
• You must comply with the terms of service of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• You must not use the service to post spam, hate speech, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform

By connecting your Facebook and Instagram accounts, you also agree to Meta's Terms of Service. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform (e.g. excessive posting, spam, policy violations), or cause harm to other users or third parties. We will attempt to notify you before suspension except in cases of serious violation.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The platform depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Google, GitHub) which may have their own outages or rate limits. We are not liable for failed posts due to third-party platform issues, API changes, or rate limiting.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plans are displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge.

MediaPostify does not claim ownership of any content you post. You retain all rights to your content. By using the service, you grant MediaPostify a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaPostify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost revenue, lost followers, account suspension by third-party platforms, or missed posting windows.

You agree to indemnify MediaPostify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
